I ask for 5pds of pecans individually wrapped, to send to my family. The order was placed and delivered in a couple of days. My cousin who would send us pecans for the holidays passed away recently, so this order was in remembrance of him and his thoughtfulness over the years. I like We are Nuts and I cannot lie.

These ginger 10lbs are honking big and remarkably fresh - I'm used to getting leathery, shriveled candy ginger elsewhere and this has awesome texture and wasn't humid sticky despite not coming packaged with desiccant. We do a ginger-milk chocolate cookie with candied ginger bits so this texture is great to process and the flavor is excellent!
