We want our customers to be 100% satisfied and confident when they purchase our products. That is why are products are 100% guaranteed. Our business is family run and overseen by the Owner Bill Goglia and daughter Marisa daily....... everyday.
We want the recipients of our gifts and products to enjoy them and be happy when they are received. We strive to make you happy and will be glad to either refund, replace with another product or exchange item received. We want you to enjoy our products and come back to see us again.


We accept refunds, replacements and exchanges.

Every item we sell comes with complete satisfaction.To receive a refund or replacement the product must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please e-mail us at to process your refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Gift Certificates.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you or a recipient, you’ll receive a refund for the value of your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
