- Where are you located? We have a warehouse facility at at 35 N. Beverwyck Rd. Unit A Lake Hiawatha, NJ 07034. If you live in the area and would like to pick up your order that would be no problem, just give us a heads up! Call or e-mail us.
- If I register is my E-Mail and info kept private ? Yes, we do not share or sell e-mails. We want our customers information to remain private. We care about our customers privacy.

- Is there a minimum order ? No, you can combine any product, so you can order in 1 lb. or even 1/2 lb. (on some items) increments.
- What if I forget my password if I create an account? Easy No Problem ! We can send you an e-mail that will help you reset your password.
- Can I track my order ? Yes. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking # as soon as it is available and you can track your package from the link provided.
- When is my credit card charged? When you order your credit card is authorized but your credit card is not charged until your item is shipped. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & PayPal .
- Shipping Charges ? There is a shipping calculator on the checkout page. We offer real time shipping rates from the major shipping carriers and you can choose from ground to air freight. We do not add any additional charges. We charge for the total weight of item, which includes packaging (box, packaging peanuts etc.). We limit certain chocolate items during the hotter months. We suggest Next Day or Second Day if ordering chocolate products during these months. If product is lost by any of the carriers please e-mail us at info@wearenutsandmore and we will ship a replacement. A claim can be filed with the carrier
- Do you ship to Canada ? Yes. We will ship via UPS. Fees and duties will be paid when your order is placed.
- Do you ship to APO/ FPO addresses ? Yes. We ship to Military addresses via the USPS, upon checkout just choose the US Mail P.O. Box option.
- Do you accept coupons ? Yes. If you receive a coupon via e-mail you can just place the code upon checkout.
- Is there sales tax on your products? There is sales tax on the Gift platters that are ordered with a New Jersey address only. Orders with an out of state address (Out of New Jersey) are not taxed. Our bulk nuts and dried fruits are a non taxable item.
What about Returns or defective Items ? Our products are 100% guaranteed and every item we sell comes with complete satisfaction.To receive a refund or replacement the product must be shipped back within 5 days of receipt If 5 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to process your refund or replacement. (shipping charges are non refundable) If product is defective we will cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.
