These ginger 10lbs are honking big and remarkably fresh - I'm used to getting leathery, shriveled candy ginger elsewhere and this has awesome texture and wasn't humid sticky despite not coming packaged with desiccant. We do a ginger-milk chocolate cookie with candied ginger bits so this texture is great to process and the flavor is excellent!
These fish say Swedish on them, but they do not taste like the original Swedish fish. Although they taste sweet, the flavors (lemon, lime, orange, cherry) are barely indistinguishable from one another! They are also much softer and a bit smaller than the original Swedish fish. NOT GOOD !!!

Our Swedish Fish are purchased from Mondelez Foods, which is the manufacturer. Swedish Fish and other candies manufactured have been sold to larger companies throughout the past few years, so it is possible they changed the ingredients but not to my knowledge. Our Swedish Fish are the original as stated on the product label. We do not sell off brand or substitute products.
